- Well-versed in both Asian and Western cuisine - Been teaching culinary workshops since 2011 - Represented Philips in HPB Healthy Lifestyle Festival SG 2015 Singaporean Chef Rayner Ng is the founder and owner of His Food Concepts Pte Ltd, where he has been conducting healthy cooking demonstrations and culinary workshops since 2011. Rayner is passionate about improving the health and well-being of individuals through simple nutritional tips and easy cooking preparation methods that blend seamlessly with everyday life. He seeks to establish that healthier food can be tasty at the same time. He has also been recognised by Health Promotion Board, Singapore (HPB) to conduct healthy cooking workshops under the Workplace Health Promotion (WHP) Programme. After graduating from the University of Western Australia, Rayner was employed as a chef at Resorts World Sentosa and the Swiss Club. He also holds a Diploma in Culinary Arts from At-Sunrice GlobalChef Academy, Singapore, and is well-versed in both Asian and Western cuisine.
